A return to La Liga is looking increasingly likely for Bryan Zaragoza. The 22-year-old winger swapped Granada for Bayern Munich in January, but after a difficult first 6/7 months in Bavaria, he will now be afforded to opportunity to return home for the 2024-25 campaign.
Valencia emerged as the early favourites to sign Zaragoza, having agreed a deal with player and club over the weekend. However, the operation has not been given the green light by owner Peter Lim, which is allowing other clubs to make their move.
Girona are keen, although it is now Osasuna that are well-placed to reach an agreement with Bayern. As per Florian Plettenburg, club-to-club talks are advanced.

Osasuna in direct negotiations with FC Bayern and very good chances to reach an agreement about a one-year-loan without an option to buy + loan fee + high salary takeover.@kerry_hau |… pic.twitter.com/KAVi5Nx5g7

Zaragoza would be an excellent signing for Osasuna if they are pull it off. Los Rojillos are in desperate need of a new left winger, and the one-time capped Spain international would be a very sound addition to Vicente Moreno’s squad.
