Like last season, Barcelona are looking to get some of their summer transfer business done early, namely in the way of free transfers.
Last season, it was Franck Kessie and Andreas Christensen who were signed upon the expiry of their contracts at AC Milan and Chelsea respectively. This time around, Barcelona have multiple plates spinning once again.
Inigo Martinez, Ilkay Gundogan and Lionel Messi have all been heavily linked with moves to the La Liga leaders, and Relevo have reported that they are confident of securing the signings of the latter two.
Martinez has reportedly already signed his contract at Barcelona, and now it appears likely that Gundogan and Messi could follow him through the door in the summer.
The news comes as Barcelona and La Liga have reported agreed on a viability plan for this summer, which would allow them to re-sign Messi, which would delight Cules all around the world.
