Turkish giants hoping to lure Eden Hazard away from Real Madrid this summer

Eden Hazard’s disastrous spell at Real Madrid appears to be reaching its end. The former Belgian international sees his contract expire at the end of next season, and the club have no intention to renew.

Hazard has fallen into obscurity at Real Madrid this season. He has made just seven appearances for Carlo Ancelotti’s first team, with just one of those being in 2023.

Fenerbahce are hoping to sign Hazard this summer, with Sport reporting that the Turkish giants are “obsessed” with him, although Real Madrid are expected to demand a transfer fee be paid.

However, even if a fee is agreed, there is no guarantee that Hazard will leave Real Madrid. He is the highest paid player at the club, and there are reports that suggest that he will look to see out the remainder of his contract in the Spanish capital.

Real Madrid will be desperate to put this episode behind them, and they will hope to see the back of Hazard this summer.
