The draw means Barca now likely have to win their final game against Bayern Munich, away from home.
The only way Barca can afford less than a win is if Benfica don’t beat Dynamo Kyiv.
Pique talks Champions League
Gerard Pique remained in good spirits despite he and his teammates slipping up against Benfica.
He said in his post-match interview: “We have done a lot to be able to get the win, we have had chances to score.
“We are going to Munich with the intention to win. We are playing well”
Sevilla are up and running
Sevilla are finally up and running in the Champions League, winning their first game in the competition this season.
Goals from Joan Jordan and Rafa Mir got the job done at home against Wolfsburg at home, and Julen Lopetegui‘s men are now just a point off second-placed RB Salzburg.”
