Thibaut Courtois dismisses criticism of Real Madrid form

Real Madrid goal keeper Thibaut Courtois is remaining positive, despite criticism of his early season form.

The Belgian international has been ever present for Zinedine Zidane's side so far this season, however he has kept just two clean sheets in seven appearances this season.

Courtois was whistled from kick off during the Madrid derby, with the home fans making their views clear on his decision to move to their cross city rivals.

"Criticism does not affect me, whether it comes from opposition fans or elsewhere.

"I analyse my games with people that know about football, and that it the only opinions.

"I only speak with my coaches and teammates about my form."

Courtois is expected to be No.1 for Real Madrid in La Liga and Champions League action this season, with summer signing Alphonse Areola in line to be the club's goal keeper for Copa del Rey games.
