Real Madrid linked with Eduardo Camavinga

Real Madrid are being linked with a shock move for Rennes teenager Eduardo Camavinga.

According to reports in Marca this weekend, the La Liga giants are looking to highlight the best emerging talents in European football as part of their transfer plans for 2020 – with the 16-year old midfielder right at the heart of that.

Camavinga made his Rennes debut at the back end of last season, and he has featured more regularly in the opening games of the 2019-20 campaign, with manager Julien Stephan confirming that he is now a first team squad member.

He caught the eye with outstanding displays in the Ligue 1 win over defending champions Paris Saint-Germain, and against Celtic in the Europa League.

After signing his first professional deal with the French club in December 2018, he is now contracted to Rennes until 2022, with no confirmation of a release clause in his deal.
