Real Madrid will let Mariano Diaz leave the club this summer and after speaking with Milan about Theo Hernandez and Dani Ceballos, have offered them the striker.
Mundo Deportivo cite reports in the Italian Press that say Los Blancos and the Rossoneri have been in talks over a number of players, mostly Theo and Ceballos, and with Zinedine Zidane not counting on Mariano for next season, his name was floated too.
Madrid’s signing of Luca Jovic from Eintracht Frankfurt essentially closed the door on Mariano’s immediate future as part of the Madrid first team, the report notes.
Mariano was brought back to Madrid in the summer of 2018 after a year at Lyon, but managed only 19 appearances and four goals across all competitions in the 2018-19 season.
