AS: Real Madrid fans prefer Hazard to Pogba

Real Madrid fans are not keen on Zinedine Zidane making a summer move for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, according to a poll in Diario AS.

Los Blancos supporters were surveyed about who they felt was the most important transfer target, and 160,000 respondents to the Spanish outlets survey, placed the French international at the bottom of vote.

Belgian international Eden Hazard, who topped the poll, with just over 30% of the vote, has been widely tipped with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer after confirming last week that he had made a decision on his future.

A move for the Chelsea man could cost €116m, despite just having one year left on his contract, but with the Stamford Bridge outfit set to begin a two year transfer ban, they will drive a hard bargain.

Luka Jovic, who has also been heavily linked with a move to the Spanish capital, from Eintracht Frankfurt, finished in second place – with just over 20% – with Christian Eriksen in third, with 16%.

Ligue pair Neymar and Tanguy N'Dombele came fourth and fifth respectively, both with around 9%, with former Juventus man Pogba in last place – with just over 11%.
