Keylor Navas an injury doubt for Real Sociedad clash

Keylor Navas is an injury doubt for Real Madrid's trip to Real Sociedad this weekend, with a muscular problem.

The Costa Rica international sat out their Friday's training session at Valdebebas, instead he trained on his own with the club's medical staff as he looks to get fit in time to travel to the Basque Country.

Navas, 32, was reinstated as first choice goal keeper, following the return of Zinedine Zidane to the Santiago Bernabeu, playing in five of his first six games in his second spell as boss.

However, Thibaut Courtois has started the last two games, and the Belgian international is likely to start at the Anoeta, with Diego Altube on the bench.

Zidane is set to recall Gareth Bale to the squad, after he was left out for last weekend's home win against Villarreal, with top scorer Karim Benzema also in line for return.

Defensive trio Sergio Ramos, Alvaro Odriozola and Sergio Reguilon are all still sidelined through injury – with only Reguilon expected to play again this season.
