Celta Vigo forward Iago Aspas does not believe Real Madrid should sign France international duo Paul Pogba nor N’Golo Kante.
The Premier League based duo have been linked with moves to the outgoing European champions but Aspas believes Madrid should instead focus on landing Eden Hazard from Chelsea.
“Of the players that I would like Madrid to sign, Hazard or Mbappe would be at the top, although Hazard would be more affordable,” Aspas told Radio Marca in an interview.
“Pogba or Kante are not players for Real Madrid and the players they (already) have in the midfield are players who I like.
“They already have Dani Ceballos, an international who has not enjoyed continuity at club level and needs this aged 21.
“Thiago Alcantara, for me, would be a better signing than Pogba or Kante.”
