Barcelona goal keeper Jasper Cillessen has confirmed that he will remain at the club next season.
The Dutch international revealed his intention to stay in Catalonia for the 2019-20 campaign, during a Q&A interview about the city with new club team mate and international colleague Frenkie De Jong for Barca TV.
"I will still be here next year."
He also joked with De Jong that he will be on hand to show him around Barcelona and celebrate Sant Jordi's Day, which falls the day after the former Ajax player's birthday.
Cillessen has been linked with a move away from Nou Camp in recent weeks, after not featuring in any La Liga games for Ernesto Valverde's side this season, however he will now remain at the club and battle Marc Ter Stegen for the No.1 jersey.
