Atletico Madrid and Manchester United have contacted Inter over a possible transfer for winger Ivan Perisic, according to reports.
Italian sports outlet Gazzetta dello Sport have stated the duo have made contact with the Nerazzurri regarding a potential move with just over a week of the January transfer window remaining.
Inter have not closed the door and are ‘awaiting developments’, according to the report, although it appears unlikely Los Rojiblancos have the budget to accommodate a deal.
Atleti are said to be at the limit of their €293m annual wage budget before Alvaro Morata’s expected arrival, although departures are expected over the next week.
The 29-year-old joined the Milanese giants from German club Wolfsburg in the summer of 2015 and has become a leading player for the club since.
