Sevilla have completed the signing of Basel goalkeeper and Czech Republic international Tomas Vaclik on a €7m deal.
The 29-year-old has penned a three-year deal with Los Rojiblancos and will be incorporated into the club’s pre-season training season from next week.
Capped 20 times by the Czech national team, the goalkeeper becomes the third arrival at the Andalusian club this summer following midfielders Roque Mesa and Ibrahim Amadou.
The former Sparta Prague shot-stopper spent four years at Swiss champions Basel and was named in the team of the tournament at the 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship.
