Italian giants Lazio have struck a €7m deal for Real Betis defender Riza Durmisi, according to reports in the Spanish press.
Marca report an agreement has been struck between the two clubs with the full-back and he is set to undergo a medical earlier this week.
Seville-based Estadio Deportivo reported last week that the deal is ‘practically done’ for the Dane and to expect an official announcement soon.
The 24-year-old joined Los Verdiblancos from Brondby in the summer of 2016 and excelled across his first 18 months at the club.
However, youth product Junior Firpo was often preferred in the left wing-back position during the second half of last season by Coach Quique Setien.
Durmisi, who has won 23 caps for his nation, was not included in Denmark’s 23-man squad for this summer’s World Cup tournament.
