Eibar striker Sergi Enrich and Levante’s Antonio Luna have been charged with recording a video without consent and could face up to five years in jail.
The two players were filmed having intercourse with a woman, who is heard to be shouting ‘stop, don’t do that!”, cites a report in Diario AS.
The video was filmed when Luna was an Eibar teammate of Enrich while reports indicate the footage was filmed by Alcorcon midfielder Eddy Silvestre Pascual, also then at the Basque club.
The footage was taken on a mobile phone and the charges bring possible prison sentences of five years for those involved.
