Line-ups: Madrid-Juve (3-0 agg.)

Real Madrid throw Jesus Vallejo into their defence against Juventus this evening, while Gareth Bale partners Cristiano Ronaldo up top.

Sergio Ramos is suspended tonight and Nacho Fernandez is still sidelined, so Vallejo is in for his Champions League debut.

Bale also keeps his place from the capital derby against Atletico Madrid last weekend, leaving Karim Benzema on the substitutes’ bench.

Juve, on the other hand, switch to a 4-3-3 formation, bringing in Medhi Benatia, Miralem Pjanic and Mario Mandzukic from their 3-0 defeat in the first leg.

Madrid could be the only Spanish team in the Champions League semi-finals as Barcelona were sensationally knocked out by Roma and Sevilla must overturn two away goals at Bayern Munich.
