Sevilla striker Wissam Ben Yedder remains hopeful of qualifying for the semi-finals of the Champions League despite a first leg defeat to Bayern Munich.
Vincenzo Montella’s side went down 2-1 at home to the German champions on Tuesday night and will be clear underdogs for the second leg in Bavaria next week.
“We need to keep believing as anything is possible in football,” Ben Yedder told BeIn Sports.
“It’s going to be incredible difficult of course but we will see what happens, we will play with our usual intensity and belief.
“We must try to go and obtain a positive result at their home as they did at ours, we do not think this is out of reach.
“Perhaps we lacked experience (in the first leg) at the crucial moments and we lacked a little bit of focus at crucial moments.
“We must learn from this and try to put it right for the return game.”
