Sergio Busquets and Nelson Semedo are back for Barcelona against Roma in tonight's Champions League quarter-final first leg.

Busquets returns after several weeks out with a toe injury, while Semedo makes his first appearance in over a month, having finally recovered from a hamstring problem.

Semedo's inclusion at right-back allows Barca to revert to a 4-4-2 formation, with Sergi Roberto protecting the Portuguese out wide in an otherwise full-strength Blaugrana XI.

Roma, on the other hand, are without midfield general Radja Nainggolan and man-of-the-moment Cengiz Under, so Lorenzo Pellegrini comes into the middle and Alessandro Florenzi pushes up to the right wing.

Barca ran out 6-1 winners when they last hosted the Giallorossi in the Champions League back in 2015, but the latter overcame Atletico to reach the knockout stages and subsequently the last eight for the first time in 10 years.
