Barcelona are keeping tabs on highly-rated Vasco de Gama teenager Paulinho, according to reports in the Spanish press.
17-year-old Paulo Henrique Sampaio Filho has netted five goals in 25 appearances for the Brazilian giants having made his professional debut last year.
A report in Diario Sport now cites that the Catalan giants are in the market for the Under-17 star, following the signing of his namesake Paulinho from Guangzhou Evergrande last year.
The teenage star helped Brazil reach 3rd place of 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup and scored the winning goals against Spain, North Korea and in the quarter final against Germany.
Paulinho became the youngest player to represent Vasco after Philippe Coutinho – who has since gone on to become the Catalan giants most expensive ever signing in January.
