Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is considering his future at the club following another European failure, say reports in the Spanish press.
The Spain international has only reached the Champions League quarter final stage once during his seven-season stint at Old Trafford, and Marca report he is growing restless.
The 27-year-old’s contract at United expires in June 2019 and there has not yet been any advancement on renewal talks, leading the paper to claim a move away is possible.
Real Madrid continue to harbour an interest in the shot-stopper having failed with a bid at the eleventh hour in August 2015.
De Gea is said to be disillusioned with a ‘mediocre’ United and is ready to consider his option elsewhere.
