The agent of Karim Benzema has criticised Real Madrid fans who have whistled the striker, claiming they are ‘unfair’.
Karim Djaziri has revealed the French striker, who moved to the Bernabeu in 2009 from Lyon, has been negatively impacted by the reaction from the crowd.
“He has been at the club of his dreams for nine years now, and it is not fair,” Djaziri told an interview with Marca.
“The whistles for him are unfair as he is coming back from a month out injured and Madrid were winning the game.
“He has always showed total commitment to the club and he knows the true fans are with him and he is going to show that he deserves their support.”
