Real Betis full-back Riza Durmisi has ‘an agreement in principle’ to join Liverpool this summer, according to a report in Spain.
The 24-year-old has excelled at Los Verdiblancos since joining from Brondby in the summer of 2016 but had previously been linked with a move to Anfield in the summer.
The English giants have reportedly been constantly monitoring the Danish international, according to InformaBetis.com, with a summer move reportedly agreed between the player and the club.
The report cites the uncertain future of Alberto Moreno, formerly of Betis’s city rivals Sevilla, at Liverpool and his exit would free up a slot for Durmisi.
The left-back has made 47 appearances for the Seville-based club, scoring twice – both against Sevilla.
