Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez has been scouting in-form Lazio winger Luis Alberto with a view to a future move, say reports.
The 25-year-old has been in top form for the Rome-based club this season, netting four goals in 15 Serie A starts for Simone Inzaghi’s side.
El Mundo Deportivo and Marca now both report the Catalan giants are monitoring the forward’s performances and could make a move for the former Sevilla and Liverpool player next summer.
Alberto joined Lazio from the English club in a €4m deal last year and won his first international cap for Spain last month.
