Brilliant Betis beat Levante

Real Betis made it three wins in a row for the first time since 2012 with a 4-0 thumping of previously unbeaten Levante.

Paraguayan forward Antonio Sanabria netted a brace while Fabian Ruiz’s fantastic individual goal and a strike from Sergio Leon saw Quique Setien’s men run riot.

After a scoreless first half, Los Verdiblancos opened the scoring after the break with Sanabria heading home off the post from strike partner Leon’s cross.

Fabian then scored his first Betis goal with a superb driving run and finish before Leon converted Riza Durmisi’s cross at the far post as the visitor’s were overwhelmed.

Sanabria then wrapped up the game in added time with a composed finish to end the unbeaten run of Levante – last season’s La Liga 123 champions last season.
