Dybala’s commitment to Juve

Paulo Dybala has reiterated his commitment to Juventus and he has never thought of joining Barcelona despite media rumours.

The Argentine forward was among a list of players linked to the Blaugrana this summer following the departure of Neymar but he denied having knowledge of any approach.

“I'm happy to play at Juve for as long as they want to have me,” Dybala told a news conference ahead of the clash at the Camp Nou.

“I don't know if Barcelona had any interest in me last summer, you would have to ask the club. I wasn't told anything about that.

“The only thing the club told me was that they want me to be part of their project for a long time, and I was very happy to hear that.

“Nothing has changed for me, I always try to play in the same way with the same attitude and helping the team in any way I can.

“Playing with Messi in the national team? Yes that’s great but honestly, it’s different to club level and at the moment we play for rival teams!

“I’m happy at Juve, I feel comfortable here. I know the significance of my number (10 shirt) which has a long tradition in this club’s history.”
