Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez has landed in Barcelona ahead of a reported move to the club, say reports.
French TV station SFR Sport report the Algerian international has arrived in the Catalonian capital, but has not clarified if this in relation to his future.
The 26-year-old left his international teammates earlier on Thursday ‘to formalise a transfer’ with Barca one of a host of clubs linked to the Foxes star.
The Midlands club are said to be demanding at least €40m for the winger and blocked his move to Italian giants Roma earlier this summer, who since switched their attention to other targets.
Mahrez was a star in the Midlands club’s remarkable Premier League title in 2016 and committed his future to the club for a further season, but now is hopeful of a late move.
