Valencia will bring in ‘at least two’ more players this month, the club's general manager Mateu Alemany has confirmed.
Los Che are thought to be closing in on the loan signings of Paris Saint-Germain winger Goncalo Guedes and Manchester United’s playmaker Andreas Pereira.
“We must bring in at least two more players, we are running out of time and we are restricted by how the market works but we will sign at least two,” Alemany told Movistar.
“Guedes? Yes he is one of the players we like and the next few hours will be important because we will know not just if he will be part of any deal for Mbappe, but also whether or not PSG are willing to let him go.
“(Owner) Peter Lim’s presence at matches? It is normal, the club are busy working at the moment and it is logical Peter is here and actively involved.
“I know he is happy and excited and we are happy that he is here with us.”
