There is ‘optimism’ surrounding Jeison Murillo’s transfer from Inter to Valencia, according to an intermediary working on the deal.
The Nerazzuri are reported to be holding out for €15m despite Los Che increasing their bid from €10m to €12m, with the two clubs locked in negotiations in Milan.
“Negotiations are going well,” intermediary Rocco Dozzini told Sky Sport Italia.
“Is it almost certain he’ll go to Valencia? We’re taking it slowly and will see what happens. We are optimistic.”
The Colombia international spent four seasons in Spain across stints with Cadiz, Las Palmas and Granada before moved to the Milanese giants in 2015.
Despite featuring 68 times for the Nerazzurri across two seasons, he looks likely to depart following the arrival of Slovakian defender Milan Skriniar from Sampdoria.
