Bacca to Sevilla on loan?

Carlos Bacca is reportedly intent on returning to Sevilla this summer but due to the club’s lack of transfer funds, a loan deal seems more likely, according to reports.

Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera report this morning that Milan have only received loan offers for the Colombia international, who reportedly turned down the chance to sign Galatasaray.

The 30-year-old joined the Rossoneri from Los Rojiblancos in a €20m deal two years ago but despite hitting 31 Serie A goals, finds himself out of Vincenzo Montella’s plan at the Milanese giants.

Bacca scored 49 goals in 108 appearances for Sevilla in his first spell between 2013 and 2015, winning back-to-back Europa Leagues.

As things stand, the Andalucians have splashed out more money in transfer fees than any other La Liga club this summer – with seven new arrivals including forwards Luis Muriel and Nolito.
