Inigo Martinez could be the latest high-profile defender to leave Real Sociedad after claims both Juventus and Inter could trigger his €30m release clause.
Full back Yuri Berchiche departed the club earlier this month in a €15m move to Paris Saint-Germain while Marca claim Spain international Martinez could also leave the Anoeta this summer.
The 26-year-old defender has amassed 193 La Liga appearances for the Basques since his debut in 2011 and despite his current deal at the club running until June 2021, his release clause is ‘attainable’ for the Italian giants.
Part of Spain’s Under 21 European Championship winning side, Martinez has gone on to be capped four times at senior level for La Roja.
