Pepe is set to join Turkish giants Besiktas on a free transfer after images emerged of him in the Turkish club’s top on Tuesday.
The 34-year-old ended a ten-year spell at the Bernabeu last month when his contract was not renewed and the pictures emerged via the Turkish side’s twitter feed, although a deal has not yet been struck.
The Portugal international had reportedly been set to move to either Inter or Paris Saint-Germain but both those moves now appear to have been scrapped in favour of a move to Istanbul.
Pepe won three Champions League crowns and three La Liga trophies in his decade-long stay at the Bernabeu where he joined from FC Porto in 2007.
