Deportivo La Coruna defender Laure has left the club after a decade to join Segunda side Alcorcon, the player has confirmed.
The 32-year-old joined the Galician side in 2007 after a spell with Leganes, and has gone on to make just shy of 200 appearances for Depor.
"At this club I have grown as a footballer and as a person,” a tearful Laure told a press conference.
“I met friends, my wife and my first child was born here but this decision is the best thing for Deportivo, for myself and for my family."
Predominantly a right full back, Laure will now return to his native Madrid to join Alcorcon in the second tier.
