Valencia have announced the signing of Serbia midfielder Nemanja Maksimovic on a five-year contract.
Maksimovic arrives on a free transfer after his contract with Kazakh side Astana expired and becomes Valencia’s first signing of the summer.
The 22-year-old will be officially unveiled at 12:00 BST on Monday, ahead of joining up with his new teammates later in the day.
A pre-contract for Maksimovic was agreed back in January, but at the expense of the player being counted on by Astana in the second half of last season.
