Spanish trio chase Adrian

Real Betis lead a trio of La Liga clubs hoping to sign West Ham United goalkeeper Adrian this summer, three years after he left Los Verdiblancos.

Marca report the Seville-based side are vying for the 30-year-old along with Malaga and Deportivo La Coruna, while Estadio Deportivo state Betis are favourites to land the goalkeeper who started his career at Estadio Benito Villamarin.

The goalkeeper has made 120 appearances for the Hammers since his 2013 move but has yet to sign a new deal at the London Stadium, cranking up interest in his homeland.

He swiftly established himself as West Ham’s goalkeeper but lost his place in Slaven Bilic’s first-team in November, but has been reintroduced back into the side for the past two matches.

Marca has reported Malaga boss Michel wants Adrian to compete with Carlos Kameni while Deportivo and Betis are also keen to strengthen their squads.
