Barcelona are considering making a move for Leicester City forward Riyad Mahrez this summer, according to a report in Spain.
Diario Sport report the Catalans were interested in a deal for the Algerian international last summer with a move not materialising after the Foxes declared him 'non-transferrable'.
However, a report in The Guardian states the 26-year-old has decided to leave the King Power Stadium and the Catalan media outlet sees no stumbling block remaining for a move to the Spanish champions.
Barca reportedly like Mahrez’s speed and trickery on the wing, believing he is adaptable to new surroundings and the finances of any such deal would not present a problem.
Despite netting 17 Premier League goals en route to the 2015/16 title, Mahrez has struggled more this campaign – netting only five league goals and nine in all competitions.
