Barcelona could potentially re-sign Spanish international Gerard Deulofeu as it was revealed they have a €12m buyback clause on the winger.
The 23-year-old has excelled over nine appearances for Italian side AC Milan since joining from Everton in a loan deal in January and has subsequently earned his first call up to the national team squad in three years.
"He didn't play much at Everton while he's doing well at Milan and he's now even been called up to the national team," Barca’s technical director Roberto Fernandez told Spain's Cadena SER radio.
"This is good news for us because we can buy him back for €12 million. It's good that we have this possibility."
Having graduated through the Catalan club’s La Masia youth system, he failed to earn a first-team appearance at Camp Nou and had loan spints at both Everton and Sevilla before joining the Merseysiders permanently in 2015, but he failed to hold down a regular first-team spot at Goodison Park.
