Ramos out for a month?

Sergio Ramos reportedly faces a month out after the Real Madrid defender sprained his knee during Spain’s 2-0 win in Albania on Sunday.

Ramos landed awkwardly from a jump and immediately clutched his left knee while wincing, before Gerard Pique called for his Madrid rival to be substituted.

That request was carried out by La Roja’s medical staff following a brief inspection, and Marca reports that the initial diagnosis was a sprained knee, which would keep him out for a month.

The 30-year-old is potentially Los Blancos’ fourth injury to a key player after Marcelo, Casemiro and Luka Modric.
