Munir El Haddadi says the opportunity to join Valencia on loan was too good to turn down.
The 20-year-old completed his temporary move to the Mestalla from Barcelona on Tuesday afternoon, with Los Che reserving the right to sign him permanently for a fee of €12m.
“I am very happy to have signed for Valencia,” Munir told Valencia’s official television station. “It was a very ambitious offer and I couldn’t pass up this opportunity.
“I will try to give my best, I will try to win everything I can. I am sure we will be up there.
“Valencia is a great club, it has always been up there and it will be again. I’m sure that I will develop here and really enjoy my football.”
