Jasper Cillessen could have a medical with Barcelona as early as Thursday and wrap up his move from Ajax before the weekend.
Ajax on Wednesday meet FC Rostov in the second-leg of their European tie and Cillessen is in Russia with his teammates despite Barca’s interest and a move to Camp Nou appearing close to completion.
Mundo Deportivo goes as far as to lay out the timetable for the goalkeeper, saying he is expected in Catalonia on Thursday, when he will undergo a medical before signing officially on Friday.
