Manchester United have announced that Real Madrid target Paul Pogba will undergo a medical ahead of his world-record transfer from Juventus.
Pogba’s future finally looks like being resolved after over a year since speculation of a move to Barcelona first arose, with the midfielder now due to travel to Manchester to complete his United return.
“Paul Pogba has been granted permission to have a medical in order to finalise his transfer from Juventus to Manchester United,” United confirmed in a statement on their official website.
Although a fee has yet to be disclosed, United are expected to shell out €120m for Pogba – smashing the €100m Real Madrid paid for Gareth Bale three years ago in the process.
