Rafael van der Vaart has a ‘verbal agreement’ with FC Midtjylland for a two-year contract as he gets closer to leaving Real Betis.
Van der Vaart signed for Betis a year ago but is expected to leave in the very near future and Estadio Deportivo cites reports from the Netherlands that say a deal has been reached with the Danes.
Betis gave Van der Vaart permission to miss training this week to finalise a move away from the club and he is reported to have come to terms, and now needs to finalise his exit from Benito Villamarin.
