Llorente ‘yes to La Real’

Fernando Llorente has said yes to a move from Sevilla to Real Sociedad and now the clubs need to come to an agreement.

AS reports the player wants to swap Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan for Anoeta and there are talks between his current club and his prospective new club, but no deal.

Llorente is expected to get a longer contract from La Real than he is currently on with Sevilla in order to compensate for the lower wages in the Basque country.

The former Juventus striker would get the same total pay packet but spread over three or four years, not the two remaining on his contract in Nervion.

La Real structured Asier Illarramendi’s return from Real Madrid last summer in the same way, AS notes.
