Spanish and Italian media are reporting that Alvaro Arbeloa is on the verge of signing for Milan.
The 33-year-old full-back left Real Madrid earlier in the summer after his contract expired at Santiago Bernabeu, bringing to an end his seven-year spell with Los Blancos.
Now, Gazzetta dello Sport and Marca both claim that the former Liverpool man is about to sign an initial one-year contract with the Rossoneri, with the option of an additional year.
Should the deal go ahead, Arbeloa would become the Serie A club’s first signing of the summer transfer window.
