Alvaro Morata has officially re-joined Real Madrid from Juventus after Los Blancos activated their buy-back clause.
It was already known that Madrid wanted to repatriate Morata from Serie A and the Old Lady have confirmed the transfer on their official website, the fee Madrid have paid revealed as €30m.
“Juventus can today confirm that Alvaro Morata will return to Real Madrid after two seasons in Turin following the Spanish outfit’s decision to activate the forward’s buy-back clause,” the statement explained.
“All associated with Juventus would like to wish Alvaro the very best of luck wherever his future may take him and thank him for two truly excellent years of service.”
It has been suggested that Madrid could sell Morata on again at a profit.
