Barcelona have reportedly agreed to sell 60 percent of Douglas’ economic rights to Cruzeiro for €2m.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Douglas will sign a five-year contract with Cruzeiro once he gives his approval to the transfer.
The Brazilian club took advantage of Raul Sanllehi’s recent trip to the country, despite the Barca director’s priority being Neymar’s future.
The right-back joined La Blaugrana from Sao Paulo in the summer of 2014 for €4m but played just eight games in two seasons.
