Atletico Madrid are willing to sell midfielder Oliver Torres but want €30m, substantially more than Roma were hoping to pay.
The Italians are said by AS, citing TuttoMercatoWeb, to be interested in the midfielder but had hoped for a deal at more like €15m.
Oliver isn’t going to be in Diego Simeone’s plans for next season and it’s felt that at his age – 21 – it’s in his interests to find a club for whom he can play regularly.
The Atletico youth product is said by AS to be highly-regarded around Europe after a successful loan spell at Porto in 2014-15, Borussia Dortmund having tried to take him from Vicente Calderon in January.
