Sergio Ramos has left the Spain squad after suffering back pain in Thursday’s 1-1 draw with Italy.
The Real Madrid defender was forced off at half-time against Italy, and La Roja’s official website has since confirmed that no chances will be taken over the player’s fitness.
He returned to Spain on Friday morning and subsequently will not feature against Romania on Sunday.
