Dunga has warned that “the truth will come out” regarding Marcelo’s Brazil exclusion after hitting back at Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.
Dunga insisted his decision to omit Marcelo for Brazil’s games against Uruguay and Paraguay this week were part of an agreement with Madrid for the left-back to be rested, but the Coach’s remarks were quickly discredited by the player, while Zidane branded them “a lie”.
“I may have many flaws, but you [journalists] know above all that I’m honest,” he told the Brazilian Press, AS reports.
“After these two [Brazil] games, our doctor will reveal his messages [with Madrid’s medical staff] and the truth will come out.”
