Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has laughed off speculation linking him with Real Madrid in the summer.
Reports in Spain over the past few days suggested Madrid were ready to tempt Allegri into succeeding Zinedine Zidane for next season, but the Coach rebuked the claim when it was posed to him as he was “already at a great club”.
“I’ve never felt underappreciated in Italy,” he was quoted as saying by Marca.
“I just focus on my work and I’m already at a great club in Juventus. I have a contract here for another year.
“All of this makes me laugh. First, you [journalists] say I’m studying English, then if I’m studying Spanish.
“For me, it’s difficult to learn two languages in two months.
“I’d be better off improving my Italian because it can always be improved, or Piedmontese [regional dialect].”
