Juventus striker Paulo Dybala has admitted that he “wants to play with” Lionel Messi, amidst speculation linking him with Barcelona.
Barca technical secretary Robert Fernandez was at Juventus Stadium on Sunday to reportedly watch Dybala, who scored the winner in the Bianconeri’s 1-0 win against Roma.
Messi hailed Dybala as “the future” earlier in the season, and while the Argentine tried to play down his countryman’s comments, he confessed playing alongside the No 10 was an ambition.
“I think what Messi said about me was regarding the national team, not Barca,” he said after the game.
“I want to play with him, not against him.
“At the moment, what concerns me the most is helping [Juve] achieve their fifth straight Scudetto.”
